NYC Design Expert to Present Public Lecture
Designer Ed Bakos of the New York-based Rockwell Group will present a public lecture as part of Utah State University’s Interior Design Program Lecture Series.
The lecture is Wednesday, Feb. 21, at 4:30 p.m. in the USU Performance Hall. The program is free and open to the public.
Bakos, who has been with the Rockwell Group for 12 years, is a principal and studio leader for the internationally acclaimed design and architecture firm. His current developments include a 200-room hotel in San Diego, a restaurant for Bobby Flay in Atlantic City and the Narirar resort and spa in New Jersey. Bakos graduated from Cornell University in 1986 with a bachelor’s in architecture and received his master’s in architecture from Harvard University in 1988.
Rockwell Group, a New York design and architecture firm founded by CEO David Rockwell, has created award-winning spaces for clients that include museums, cultural centers, children's hospitals, restaurants, libraries and Broadway shows.

David Rockwell was named Designer of the Year by Interiors and inducted into Interior Design’s Hall of Fame.
