New Faculty Join USU

Utah State University President Stan Albrecht and First Lady Joyce Albrecht, along with USU Executive Vice President and Provost Raymond Coward, welcomed 59 new assistant professors to USU at the President’s residence during a reception.

“I am excited to welcome this outstanding group of new faculty to our Utah State University family,” said Albrecht. “Without exception, they have exhibited a great passion for our students and an understanding of our commitment to excellence in our classrooms and research laboratories.”
 
Provost Coward explained the importance of quality faculty at USU.
 
“We have been fortunate to recruit an exceptionally talented group of new faculty,” said Coward. “They share our vision of a student-centered university that is engaged in world-class research, scholarship and creative activities.”
