Letting off Steam

Those on or near campus Saturday, March 5, may notice an unusual amount of steam and increased noise coming from the construction area for the new College of Agriculture building on the Quad, but there is no cause for alarm.

The steam and associated noise are part of a steam “blow down” for the new steam pipes required for the building. The work takes place from 10 a.m. to noon that day.

Those with questions or concerns should contact Facilities Customer Service, 797-3535 or 797-1947.
