Honoring Private First Class Kimble Han
Utah Gov. Gary R. Herbert has authorized the lowering of the national and state flags Saturday, Oct. 31.
The flags will be flown at half-staff at all state facilities from sunrise to sunset in honor of Private First Class Kimble Han, who was killed Oct. 23, 2009, in Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.
Private First Class Han was assigned to the 569th Engineer Company, 4th Engineer Battalion, Fort Carson, Colo.
