Honoring Lance Corporal Carlos A. Aragon

Utah Gov. Gary R. Herbert has authorized the lowering of the national and state flags Saturday, March 6.

The flags will be flown at half-staff at all state facilities from sunrise to sunset to honor Lance Corporal Carlos A. Aragon, who was killed March 1 while supporting combat operations in Afghanistan’s Helmand Province.
