You Are What You Eat

USU researcher Fred Provenza said most human diets lack a diversity of healthy items. As a result, people no longer experience the benefits of eating an array of plant-derived primary compounds that provide energy, protein, minerals and vitamins. He urges consumers to scan food labels and give some thought to the source of their food.
