Utah State University Extension Offers Flood Preparedness and Recovery Information

Recent flooding in both southern and northern Utah is an unsettling alert to the continuing flood risk throughout the state due to heavier than normal precipitation and melting snowpack.

Utah State University Extension offers a wide range of information for flood preparedness and recovery at its Utah Extension Disaster Education Network Web page.

Two additional "Ask a Specialist" news releases include helpful information. Both are included in a media advisory in the Utah State Today archive.
