Utah State Theatre Season Auditions

Open auditions for Utah State Theatre’s fall 2007 and spring 2008 productions at Utah State University are set. Auditions are Friday, Sept. 7, and Saturday, Sept. 8. Music and dance auditions take place at 5 p.m. Friday, while general auditions and callbacks begin at 9 a.m. Saturday. Auditions will be held in the Morgan Theatre of the Chase Fine Arts Center.

Cuttings from the plays will be available at the audition, but participants who are not theater majors can prepare two distinct monologues for general auditions as well. A16-bar song should be prepared for musical auditions, and candidates should dress appropriately for Friday’s dance audition.

For more information, and to arrange an audition slot, call (435) 797-3046 or email luann.baker@usu.edu.
