Utah State Soccer Earns NSCAA College Team Academic Award
For the 13th-straight year, the Utah State soccer team has earned the National Soccer Coaches of America Team Academic Award, posting an overall team grade point average of 3.51 for the 2014-15 academic year.
For the 13th-straight year, the Utah State [University] soccer team has earned the National Soccer Coaches of America (NSCAA) Team Academic Award, posting an overall team grade point average of 3.51 for the 2014-15 academic year.
Overall, the Aggies join 858 other NCAA soccer teams in the recognition, which includes 554 women's teams. To receive the honor, teams must have a team GPA of 3.0 or higher.
Utah State is one of five Mountain West schools on the list, joining Fresno State, Nevada, Wyoming and UNLV. Of the seven other women’s soccer programs in the state of Utah, just one did not qualify for the award.
