Utah State magazine winter issue now online

Utah State University Professor Conly Hansen and his brother Carl invented a methane digester that converts cow manure into electricity. Their invention launched a new business that benefits farmers. The company is one of three USU-related companies profiled in the winter 2006 issue of Utah State magazine. As a result of a state-funded initiative in science and technology. USU faculty are more involved than ever in creating new businesses and higher-paying jobs for Utahns.

Also in this issue: Shannon Babb, a freshman who already knows more about river ecology than most graduate students.
