Utah State Gymnastics Hosts Youth Clinic December 7

Utah State [University] gymnastics will conduct a youth clinic Saturday, Dec. 7, for kids ages 5-13. The clinic runs from 4 to 6:30 p.m. in the team’s practice gym in the HPER Building on the USU campus at 700 North.

There is a $10 registration fee for the clinic. Registration opens at 3:30 p.m. prior to the clinic.

The clinic is conducted by USU head coach Nadalie Walsh, her coaching staff and the Aggie gymnastics team. Participants will learn basic gymnastics skills and have the opportunity to use the same equipment used by the USU gymnastics team.

The Utah State gymnastics team opens its 2014 campaign with its Blue and White intrasquad meet Wednesday, Dec. 4, at 7 p.m. in the Dee Glen Smith Spectrum. The team will begin official competition in a road meet at Iowa Saturday, Jan. 11, 2014.
