USU Testing Evolves With New Center
Utah State University's new Testing Center has held several open house tours and is now open and ready for business.
Utah State University’s new Testing Center wrapped up its open house this week with a visit from USU President Stan Albrecht and Executive Vice President and Provost Noelle Cockett. The open house showcased the technology and innovation incorporated in the new center where hundreds of students, faculty and staff visited during the three-day event.
Robert Wagner, executive vice provost and dean, guided President Albrecht on his visit to see the new center.
“We are very happy with how the new center has developed,” Wagner said. “After so much planning, it’s nice to see the results and how it will contribute to the university community. “Tests have already been scheduled by faculty and students and we are sure they will have a great experience.”
The new center will support testing for on-campus, broadcast and online courses at the discretion of the instructor. A new website centralizes all testing information needed throughout the USU statewide system and makes scheduling more streamlined and convenient for the students, faculty, and testing center staff.
Instructors and students can start scheduling their tests online.
