USU Mourns Death of Firefighting Alum

Utah State University graduate Spencer Stanley Koyle, BS’97, Forest Resources, died Thursday, Aug. 17, while fighting the Devil’s Den Fire in central Utah. The university community extends its heartfelt condolences to Spencer’s family and friends and to his friends and former colleagues here on campus.

A memorial fund for Spencer’s three children has been established at Wells Fargo Bank. Contributions can be made at any Wells Fargo Bank branch.
