The event is Thursday, Jan. 29, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Taggart Student Center’s Sunburst/International Lounges and the Stevenson Ballroom, all located on the second floor of the TSC.
According to organizers, more than 50 vendors are involved, and there will be prize drawings. Among the vendors are Icon, Gold’s Gym, Natural Grocers, Aggie Blue Bikes, Lee’s Marketplace, Campus Recreation, USU Dining Services, TIAA-CREF, Fidelity and Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield. Also featured at the Expo is USU’s new online health care shopping tool HealthSparq with representatives who will assist USU employees with sign-up for the new health care shopper tool. Those signing up will need their Regence BCBS insurance card to complete the process.
The Expo also offers opportunities to complete health screenings, made possible by donations from Logan Regional Hospital, USU dietetic students, the USU Be Well Program, USU Pre-Optometry Club and Mountain Star Hospital. Those participating in health screenings are entered into drawings for door prizes donated by the vendors.
