USU Employee Health Fair, Flu Shot Clinic Friday, Nov. 9
USU’s Employee Wellness program, administered by the Office of Human Resources, offers an Employee Health Fair and Flu Shot Clinic for faculty and staff Friday, Nov. 9, in the Taggart Student Center.
Flu shots are administered from 9 a.m.-2:30 p.m. in the TSC Stevenson Ballroom. No appointment is necessary.
Flu shots are $12 each for USU employees with current health insurance cards and their spouses. Flu shots for USU employee dependents and non-benefit eligible employees are $25 each. Immunizations for pneumonia, tetanus and whooping cough are also offered.
Methods of payment accepted for immunizations are cash or check. Credit and debit card payments and payroll deductions are not accepted.
The employee health fair includes an array of exhibits in the TSC Sunburst/International Lounge from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Learn about wellness programs offered through USU and register for prizes.
