USU Employee Appreciation Day Friday, Sept. 20

Utah State University’s Employee Appreciation Day will take place Friday, Sept. 20, 2024 at the Maverik Stadium in Logan from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.. All USU employees (full and part time) are invited to a day of fun, recognition and of course, free food.

The event will include free lunch served by the USU leadership, and activities such as a football field goal kick, flu shot clinic, tours of athletic venues, music, exhibitors and more.

Employees must bring their USU ID card or A# in order to access the event.

Statewide campuses will have additional, separate activities and celebrations for those respective employees.

Logan Campus Activities:

Free pizza, drinks and Aggie Ice Cream
Flu Shot Clinic
Swag and prizes
Temporary Tattoos: rock your USU spirit with a nonpermanent tattoo
Tours of stadium venues
Field activities, including:
- Football field goal kick: imagine yourself as your favorite USU player and see if you can score a field goal
- Challenge your friends to a game of corn hole, ladder ball or Kubb
- Putting with the USU Police: see if you can score a hole-in-one using a large golf putter
- Inflatable football toss and basketball tic tac toe

Transportation and ParkingParking will be free at the Stadium. The Aggie Shuttle has several stops near Maverik Stadium to make getting there easy. Check the map of the Aggie Shuttle routes for pick-up/drop-off locations.

Employee Appreciation Day is coordinated by the Office of Human Resources with support and sponsorship from several internal and external partners. The goal of this day is to celebrate all faculty and staff by providing some food, fun and formal recognition for all you do for USU and our students.
