USU Business Prof Discusses Her Research in Deseret News National Edition
Utah State University’s Huntsman School of Business professor Merideth Ferguson was featured in an interview Sept. 7 in a piece for the Deseret News National Edition and aired on KSL. The segment emphasized that job flexibility is important for both employers and employees and their families.
Ferguson’s research finds that employer support not only makes the employee happy but also their family. Flexibility in the workplace is good for families, marriages and the workplace.
