USU's Assistive Tech Learning Center Hosts Training Sessions

Utah State University’s Assistive Technology Learning Center is holding four Assistive Technologies training sessions for students with disabilities Tuesday, Dec. 5, and Thursday, Dec. 7, at 11 a.m. and noon in Room 143 of the Merrill-Cazier Library on campus.

The training will showcase programs that read text, magnify images and that convert speech to text and text to speech. The Tiger Embosser, a Braille and tactile image embosser/printer available to members of the Cache Valley community will also be on display.
