Under-Undergrad Research

Aggie watershed science freshman Shannon Babb has studied the water quality and health of the Spanish Fork River’s ecosystems since her early days of high school. Mentored for the past five years by USU professor Nancy Mesner, Babb completed recognized research earning her the 2006 Intel Science Talent search, giving her a $100,000 college scholarship.
