Two Too Toxic To Eat

Lab tests conducted at Utah State University reveal two species of ducks that feed on Great Salt Lake marshes have toxic levels of mercury. Utah's State Health Department issued an advisory two days before the opening of duck hunting season to warn hunters that northern shovelers and common goldeneyes are unsafe to eat.
