Sour Grapes

By the close of the century, top U.S. winegrape-growing regions could be too hot to produce premium wines, says USU researcher Michael White. White and colleagues developed an innovative predictive model that reveals striking details of climate changes. Increasing numbers of extremely hot days could force vineyards to move to higher elevations.
