Science of Streams

Utah's youth are learning more about water pollution and conservation measures, thanks to a curriculum developed by Utah State University researchers. Former Utah Governor Olene Walker adopted the program, called Streamside Science, for 9th grade science teachers throughout the state. The curriculum takes students outside the classroom to observe natural streams, wetlands and watershed areas.
