Save the Date: April 17 Science Unwrapped 'Goes to Extremes'
Microbiologist Bonnie Baxter of Westminster College is featured Science Unwrapped speaker Friday, April 17, at 7 p.m. in USU's Eccles Science Learning Center Auditorium. Admission is free and all ages are welcome.
Utah State University welcomes microbiologist Bonnie Baxter of Salt Lake City’s Westminster College to campus Friday, April 17, as featured speaker for the university’s Science Unwrapped program.
Baxter presents “Going to Extremes: Exploring Extremophiles of the Great Salt Lake” at 7 p.m. in the Emert Auditorium, Room 130, of the Eccles Science Learning Center. Refreshments and hands-on learning activities follow her talk.
Baxter’s talk is the fourth and final presentation in Science Unwrapped’s spring 2015 “Great Salt Lake Today” series during USU’s “Year of Water.”
Hosted by USU’s College of Science, Science Unwrapped is free and open to all ages.
