President Hall has Recording Session 

President Kermit HallUtah State University President Kermit L. Hall recently released 14 recorded lectures as part of The Modern Scholar series titled The Law of The Land: A History of the Supreme Court.

Hall's lectures were taped in New York City at Recorded Books and cover issues that include the high courts' decision making process, its traditions, justices and impact on American life. The course also examines the court's history and landmark cases including Lochner v. New York and Nixon v. United States.

"The Modern Scholar series offers students the opportunity to learn from some of the world's greatest living professors, and we're thrilled to have Dr. Hall involved in our project," said John Alexander of Recorded Books. "He's a nationally recognized name."
