Practice Snow Blower Safety

Powered snow blowers are a real help during winter storms, but such tools can inflict serious injury if used improperly. If the discharge unit becomes clogged, don’t use your hands to clear it, says USU professor Richard Beard. Turn the engine off and use a wooden dowel or plastic rod to remove blockage.
