Positive Thinking Workshop Scheduled

Utah State University’s Women’s Center for Lifelong Learning and the Reentry Student Center sponsor a Positive Thinking Workshop Wednesday, Oct. 24, from noon to 1 p.m. in the West Colony Room of the Taggart Student Center. All are invited.

The workshop, “Controlling Your Stress Begins with Controlling Your Thoughts,” is taught by Kiersten Wilson.
 
“Positive thinking leads to positive changes in your life,” workshop organizers said. “Learn how to recognize negative thought patterns, rephrase them into positive affirmations and rediscover the truth of who you are.”
 
Workshop participants are invited to bring a brown bag lunch to the session. Drinks and dessert will be provided.
