Poet Andrea Hollander Budy to Visit USU

Utah State University’s department of English sponsors a reading by Andrea Hollander Budy Wednesday, April 11, at 12:30 p.m. at the USU Haight Alumni Center. The event is free, light refreshments will be served, and all are invited.

 

Budy, currently Poet-in-Residence at Westminster College in Salt Lake City, is the author of three full-length poetry collections, most recently “Woman in the Painting.” Her first, “House without a Dreamer,” won the Nicholas Roerich Poetry Prize. Other honors include the D.H. Lawrence Fellowship, Pushcart Prize for memoir and several other awards.

 

Budy will be on hand after the event to sign books.
