Open Enrollment Period About to End

The office of Human Resources reminds the campus community the open enrollment period for benefit changes ends June 15 and not June 30 this year. Any changes to an employee’s medical plan, flex spending enrollment and application for increased life insurance needs to be completed by June 15.

Enrollment in flex spending can be completed online by going to www.asiflex.com/usu. A hard copy form can be completed as well.
