New Year, New You
To work on a healthy lifestyle for the New Year, USU nutrition specialists say that watching what you eat and getting 30-60 minutes of physical activity each day will help you lose those extra holiday pounds. Watch portion sizes and include whole grains, fruits and veggies in your diet. Wise, low-fat choices include lean meats, dried beans and low-fat dairy products.
