New Parking Terrace Opens at USU

After two years of construction and several delays, the new Aggie Terrace parking facility opened Monday, Nov. 27, at Utah State University.

Patrons may access the terrace from 700 East or along Champ Drive in front of the USU Alumni House. The Aggie Terrace will be in operation 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. Access will be controlled by proximity card readers for those who have purchased a permit, or by ticket dispensing machines for the pay-by-the-hour customer. Cost to park in the Aggie Terrace for those who do not have a permit is $1.50 per hour or $7.50 maximum daily rate.

A drive-up Visitor Information Center is located at the entrance of the terrace along 700 East. Those not familiar with campus may stop at the information center and receive information and directions. Day passes, maps and other information about USU will also available. The information center will be open Monday - Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

The Aggie Terrace consists of 612 stalls divided among residents of the Living/Learning Community, faculty/staff, commuter students and pay-by-the-hour stalls.
