New Director of Career Services at Utah State University
Donna Crow has been named new director of Career Services at Utah State University.
Crow has 20 years experience in career services and cooperative education internship programs and is highly qualified for the position, said Dave Hart, former director of Career Services. She has a strong background in strategic planning, fundraising, programming and the creation of new partnerships. Her new role will allow her to continue applying her expertise at Utah State and in the employment community, said Hart.
“I am enthusiastic about working in an environment that requires a constant awareness of the job market and the flexibility to adapt services to meet the needs of students, alumni and employers,” Crow said.
Crow said she plans to continue to increase the employer network to include new Utah, regional and nationwide employers. She also plans to expand faculty involvement in the Career Services function, given the key role faculty play at Utah State.
“Alumni are a critical element, as well, and the student alumni mentor program at Utah State is a model for other schools in the state,” Crow said.
Crow completed her bachelor’s and master’s degrees at Utah State and has taught in the College of Business.
