Network Outage This Weekend

Facilities Customer Service and Network & Computing Services announced that beginning 7 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 7, there will be a campus wide network outage while core network services are switched over to new equipment. Various services will gradually become available again throughout Saturday and Sunday.

This will affect all network services on campus, including Internet and email services. This is a necessary first step for the campus wide fiber upgrade that will continue over the next 4-6 weeks, with scheduled outages affecting individual buildings throughout that time.
