Medical Plans and Benefit Meetings Planned
Human Resources has scheduled a number of meetings of interest to the campus community.
First up is a medical plan options seminar to be held Oct. 20 from 1-2 p.m. in the Taggart Student Center Auditorium. The Health Programs Committee will present information on HSAs (Health Savings Accounts) and other plan design options. The educational seminar is designed to prepare employees for the coming Employee Benefits Forum, scheduled for Oct. 25.
For those who cannot attend the medical plan options seminar, a video will be available Oct. 21 online. Check the "Medical Plan Options Seminar" link.
The second event is the Employee Benefits Forum #2, Oct. 25 from noon to 1 p.m. in the Taggart Student Center's Stevenson Ballroom.
The forum is designed to solicit employee input and provide discussion that encompasses medical plan options and features. Deductibles, co-pays, co-insurance, HSAs and other plan options will be discussed.
Employees are strongly encouraged to attend the Medical Plan Options Seminar, or view the video prior to the meeting.
Lastly, the Wellness Fair is Oct. 27 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. in that Sunburst Lounge of the Taggart Student Center. Employee reps will be available to answer questions and get employee input during the fair.
