Liz Kefauver Joins HR Office
Liz Kefauver joined Utah State University’s office of Human Resources March 1.
For more than three years, Kefauver has been a project manager for the Banner implementation project, where she coordinated training for five USU teams, 11 Collegis consultants and 10 SCT trainers. Additionally, she served as the “go-to” person for end user training, with more than 2,500 finance users completing two to five classes each, and for student systems users, including campus staff, faculty and students with more than 300 Human Resources users completing three to five classes.
Sarah Phillips is Kefauver’s new supervisor. She has worked closely with her during the past two years.
“Liz is a great addition to HR and brings that rare combination of pleasant and personable interpersonal skills, as well as knowledge of the entire Banner Enterprise System implementation,” Phillips said. “She possesses excellent scheduling and coordination skills, and with her move to HR, Banner users will enjoy having a one-stop resource for employees needing access to Banner, course registration and user guidebooks.”
Liz Kefauver is now a part of the Human Resources office at USU.
