Little Blue Luncheon Brings Healthy Eating Back to School

To combat the growing national trend of childhood obesity, researchers at USU are implementing creative and innovative programs families can use to teach children the importance of good nutrition. The Little Blue Luncheon at USU’s elementary school serves up a complete formal dining experience where students learn about and practice healthy eating habits.
