Library After Hours Welcomes Connections Students for Night of Fun, Exploration

LOGAN — USU Libraries is inviting all first-year Connections students to an exclusive Library After Hours event at the Merrill-Cazier Library. This special evening is an opportunity for incoming students to experience their campus library in a lively and welcoming atmosphere.

Library After Hours will be 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Aug. 22. Students can explore the library's spaces while enjoying pizza, games, karaoke, coloring corners and even a mechanical bull. Raffle giveaways will happen throughout the night, giving attendees a chance to win prizes. Participants are encouraged to bring their curiosity, appetite and sense of adventure.

This event is exclusively for first-year Connections students and is designed to help them feel at home in the Merrill-Cazier Library. By experiencing the library outside of traditional hours, students can learn about its resources and services in a relaxed environment, fostering a sense of belonging that will support their academic journey.
