Kids Can Learn To Be Archaeologists at the USU Museum of Anthropology
The Saturday activity series continues at the Museum of Anthropology at Utah State University. This Saturday, the museum will offer “Junior Archaeologist” workshops for kids. Activities and information take place Saturday, April 26, at the museum, and all kids ages 6 to 14 are invited.
Future Archaeologists and their parents can visit the museum any time during the 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday hours. Museum staff will have five stations set up for young people to visit and complete activities related to archeological field work. After each child has completed each station, they will earn their “Junior Archaeologist” patch.
The USU Museum of Anthropology is on the USU campus in the south turret of the historic Old Main building, room 252. Free parking is available in the adjacent lot, south of the building.
