Kick up Some Fun with Utah Pioneer

Utah Pioneer, the world's second cloned mule, created by a Utah State University/University of Idaho partnership, will make a celebrity appearance at Utah State homecoming weekend, Saturday, Oct 11. Utah Rose, the surrogate mother, will also be on display. The mules appearance is in conjunction with the Ag week barbeque, sponsored by the College of Agriculture. Utah Pioneer can be seen at the Ralph Maughan Stadium.

The barbeque is a fun and delicious event preceding this year's football game between Utah State and the University of Wyoming. The Utah Agricultural Products Barbecue features beef, pork, lamb, turkey, corn on the cob, onion rings, salad, Cannon yogurt, milk and ice cream, all produced by Utah farmers, ranchers and food processors. Proceeds build a scholarship endowment in Utah State's College of Agriculture.
