Journalism Professor Mike Sweeney to Share Expertise

Journalism professor Mike Sweeney's expertise is being called upon as evidenced in two radio programs. Sweeney will be featured on KUER's Radio West program this Friday, March 21, and nationally on NPR's Talk of the Nation Monday, March 24.


Talk of the Nation is NPR's midday news-talk show hosted by Neal Conan, who leads a productive exchange of ideas and opinions on the issues that dominate the news landscape. Sweeney, a Utah State professor and media historian, is the author of From the Front: The Story of War, a 320-page examination of war and the role of journalists and photographers.
