Insurance Deadline Reminder

Just a reminder for all benefit-eligible employees: the deadline for choosing either the Blue or White insurance plan is May 31. Please submit your signed form to Personnel Services by that date. If you do not select a plan by the end of the open enrollment period at the end of June, your insurance will automatically default to the White Plan.
