Honoring Former Gov. Calvin L. Rampton

Utah Gov. Jon Huntsman, Jr., has ordered all national and state flags to be lowered immediately in honor of former Utah Gov. Calvin L. Rampton, who died Sunday, Sept. 16, in Salt Lake City. The flags will fly at half-staff at all state-owned facilities until sunset the day of Rampton’s internment.
