Got CLA?

By altering the diets of dairy cows, USU researchers have tripled the amount of conjugated linoleic acids or “CLA” in the animals’ milk. What does that mean for consumers? Studies suggest CLA helps fight and prevent certain cancers and may also reduce body fat.
