Children in Salt Lake County 4-H Youth Development Program may be on their way to better nutrition thanks to a grant from Dannon Company. USU professor Nedra Christensen helped develop the program’s curriculum which emphasizes physical activity, eating more fruits and vegetables and choosing low-fat or fat-free dairy products.
