Gearing Up for Commencement

All undergraduate students who have notified the Registrar's Office of their intent to attend commencement need to pick up their processional cards, announced Associate Registrar Heidi Beck.

 

The cards should be picked up at the graduation counter in the Registrar's office (TSC 246) beginning April 27 and continuing through May 3. The office is open 8:30 a.m. through 4:30 p.m., Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and 9 a.m. through 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.

 

There is a mandatory rehearsal for all participants in undergraduate commencement as well. Those taking part in 2005 commencement should meet on the HPER field, just south of the Smith Spectrum, at noon Wednesday, May 4. The rehearsal will last approximately one hour.
