Free Seminar Addresses Disability Issues

The Utah Assistive Technology program, a program of the Center for Persons with Disabilities at Utah State University, in partnership with the Disability Law Center, offers a one-day seminar at USU addressing issues faced by people with disabilities. The seminar is free of charge and lunch will be provided.

The seminar will cover topics such as assistive technology for the visually and hearing impaired, independent living aids for the home, electronic aids for daily living, funding for assistive technology devices, fair housing laws and other Utah resources. 
 
The seminar is June 22 from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. at the University Inn on the USU campus.
