Flags to Fly at Half Staff to Honor Former Gov. Bangerter

Utah Gov. Gary R. Herbert has authorized the lowering of the flags of the United States of America and the state of Utah at all state facilities in honor of former Gov. Norman H. Bangerter.

Gov. Bangerter will be laid to rest Saturday, April 18, 2015.

According to the governor’s decree, the flags shall be flown at half-staff from sunrise Thursday, April 16, through sunset Monday, April 20, 2015.
