Flags to Fly at Half-Staff Jan. 25

Utah Gov. Gary R. Herbert has authorized the lowering of the flag of the United States of American and the Utah state flag at all state facilities in honor of fallen Officer Doug Barney.

Barney died Jan. 17, 2016, while protecting and serving the residents of Utah.

The flags will be lowered Monday, Jan. 25, from sunrise to sunset.
