Flags to Fly at Half-Staff

Utah Gov. John M. Huntsman, Jr., has authorized the national and state flags to be lowered immediately. The flags shall be flown at half-staff at all state facilities until further notice to honor the three rescue workers who died Thursday, Aug. 16, at the Crandall Canyon Mine in pursuit of the six trapped miners.
