Feeling Anxious? There's Help

The USU Counseling Center and REACH Peers will provide an activity that is perfect for students who might be feeling back-to-school stress.

An “Anxiety Screening” is provided Wednesday, Sept. 26, from 11 a.m. until 4 p.m. in the Taggart Student Center’s International Lounge.

Organizers said the anxiety screening is offered for students who feel worried, anxious, confused or stressed, or for those who are concerned about someone they know. Those attending can learn about anxiety and ways to cope with stress. Professionals in the field of counseling will be on hand. Private, one-on-one booths will be provided for the sessions with the therapists.
