Exigent Egress

Getting out of a crowded building in an emergency is especially difficult if you're physically disabled. USU researchers are using computer-generated agent-based modeling to predict how large groups of people respond when faced with disaster and the need to exit a large facility quickly. Their aim is to improve accessible evacuation.
